"I stayed second time at Asrani Hotel and as always the staff from Front Desk ,Room Service,House Keeping & Security are friendly and professional. Rooms are big and spacious and the Hotel is close to shops, Restaurants and the famous Paradise restaurant which is renowned for it's Hyderabad Biryani. I would definitely stay again and recommend this Hotel if you are planning to stay in the twin cities. "

"Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience."

"There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness. The rooms were super clean, and the housekeeping staff ensures that they do this on a daily basis without you having to request for it. Fourth, service. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. If you need help with directions, shopping, travel, they are always ready to help. They even helped us change our room in 15 minutes since we were unhappy with the first room they had provided. Lastly, it is conveniently located at walkable distance from attractions and restaurants like Birla Temple, Cafe Niloufer, Shah Ghouse, etc. We had an amazing overall experience and never felt unsafe at any point during our stay in Hyderabad. "

"I had a business day for two days and understand that Minerva grand has few other properties in Hyderabad and Hyderabad and had a good day. The breakfast was good. The service was good, but overall the hotel needs maintenance and some infrastructure changes as the properties old."
