"When I made reservation, pictures clearly showed 1 queen and 1 twin for 4 people. However it was reserved with 2 . When I arrived at hotel, they don’t have the room which showed during reservations. I ended up debating and finally paid 800 for a small ripped bed . Terrible maintenance, the cups were not clean from prior use which has full of ants. Never book again"

"They denied service stating that we need to pay more at the check in as the online price amount is not sufficient… we booked Uber and arrived at the so called stay at 930 pm. Hotel staff is rude and they contacted the property owner too and he clearly stated not to provide service. The worst part is they did not give me back my money, Expedia support team is working with them now. That is a scam… I don’t think they would go anywhere with this(short sightedness) "
