"We had a great stay! The shower was fantastic – strong pressure and very refreshing. When we noticed the moisturiser was out, reception responded immediately and refilled it without delay, which we really appreciated. There's also a great playground just a short walk from the hotel, perfect for kids to burn off some energy. All in all, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!"
"The location is perfect for us. Also the last two times we stayed, we were on ground floor, which is good for us as there are no lifts. When we checked out the first time the receptionist was happy to book us a similar room. We appreciated this. All in all very happy and would gladly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment (2 x Queen/Double + Single Bed split over two levels, with bathroom on second level. Single bed was on ground level). Well equiped and very spacious, with full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had informed the hotel we were arriving late in the event and they were wondeful at ensuring our apartment was well lit and the heater was on ready for us. Easy walk into main street. "Ideally located in a quiet suburb just outside of Launceston and offers various dining options both onsite and at the main Links Golf Club, just down the road. As a travelling family we were comfortable in the three bedroom villa, and were greeted in the morning by the local friendly ducks at the front door, which was a nice surprise for the kids. The villa was clean and in good condition, just showing a bit of age with the decor and colour scheme."
