"Everything was very nice. All of the staff were nice and helpful, except for one lady on the reception desk who was quite abrupt. There were clearly big spikes in when customers were at reception and it was clear the staff struggled then. I’d suggest working out a way to even out many people needing reception at the one time. "

"We had a great stay. The rooms and lobby are clean and smell nice. Vibrant community of visitors in the lobby bar and courtyard at breakfast and in the evenings for cocktails. Continental breakfast is served daily, entirely on the Honor’s System. The hallway smells musty and shows its age. The bedroom ceiling had black spots (mildew?) and the room was small but it did the job. The street it’s on looks a little dodgy, but we felt very safe and it was EXCEPTIONALLY quiet at night. Would stay here again if I ever return to Dublin. "

"Room was clean, had everything we needed and had a balcony! Breakfast was a continental and hot food buffet. Dinner was beautiful and well priced. Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities including library, snooker, pool, jacuzzi, gym, hairdressers, spa and golf course. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parking. Lots of areas to sit and lounge/chill out. Disappointed that the rooftop bar that was so highly advertised was closed and padlocked. Yes the weather hasn't been great but it should still be an option for people when it has been advertised so much. Shower was one in the bath. You couldn't adjust the height and no pressure. Online said check in was 4pm but posters in the hotel said 3pm. Reception said "it just depends if we are busy" so probably best to phone and check. Check out is 11am. Usually when check in is 4, check out is 12."

"This was a great stop for our family. Even though it was crazy hot, the guy at the front desk was super helpful in finding us a fan for our room. The room was otherwise comfy. The bathroom didn't seem to have a fan and so it was steamy and smelled and the towels didn't dry out. We loved being able to have a coffee in the morning and play billiards without the loud music and crowds. It is also a great location with plenty of food and drink spots to walk to."
