"This place does not get top-score from me because I thought I booked the Severin Spa Hotel.
I did not know there were 2 hotels by the same name and owner, so obviously we were disappointed of this hotel since we were expecting the Spa Hotel witch looks amazing.
But the rooms, the breakfast and the hotel manager was top class.
Bike rental costs 50€ per day per bike - should be complementary in my opinion

Die Einrichtung könnte ein wenig mehr Liebe vertragen, zB gab es für zwei Fernseher in den beiden Schlafzimmern nur eine Fernbedienung, das Licht im Wohnzimmer ist viel zu dunkel und der Kleiderschrank im Doppel-Schlafzimmer hat weder Tür noch Ablagefächer und der Griff der Schlafzimmertür fehlte auch. "Es war mit Sicherheit ein tolles Hotel. Aber es ist in die Jahre gekommen und gehört saniert. Das Zimmer wird nur jeden 2. Tag gereinigt wegen Sparmaßnahmen.. es handelt sich um ein 4 Stern+Hotel. Als wir angekommen sind konnten wir für die nächsten 4 Tage keine Massage oder Kosmetika Wendung bestellen, denn alles war ausgebucht. Bei der Abreise hab ich es heute angesprochen.. Antwort: dann müssen sie es schon im Vorhinein buchen… steht aber nirgends, dass man das tun soll… wir haben drei Nächte...
