Wij kregen echter de volwassene variant met alcohol erin, kwamen daar helaas te laat achter. De volgende ochtend reageerde de eigenaresse nogal laconiek en zou de kok alleen aanspreken. Ik vind het echt een heftige fout. Bed sliep geweldig, fijne douche en toilet ruimte. We wilden genieten van de spa, echter was alleen de 90graden...

Good food, especially the Schnitzel. Great local Bitburg bier and Benediktiner Weissbier.
Serving staff were very polite and helpful, allowing me to practice speaking German (poorly) but speaking really good English themselves.
Very good breakfast selection to suit just about everyone's needs.

"The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the town. Easily walkable to the castle. It has its own free parking in a lot a short walk away. (Initially we didn’t know this and found parking tricky on a busy Sunday afternoon).
Our room was really spacious, with quality furnishings and a big bathroom. It was a little old fashioned, but in a charming way.
Dinner on the terrace was a highlight. The food, service and atmosphere were great. It’s clearly a popular spot.
