"We spent a wonderful evening at Lar de Mota in the last few days or our Camino. The room was comfortable and clean, and the tub very much appreciated. The star or this place was the meals and wine list. The food was fine dining at its best, and the wines offered were delicious. "

"Even though the facility is out of the main area of the city it looked nice and clean. Parking is on the street. It offers an area for breakfast and coffee from a machine. Dining places are too far apart."

"Beautiful place, room was great, we got to enjoy the pool, walk around the property and enjoy a great dinner. This was a great stop in the Camino. And while it took an additional 1km of walk, was totally worth it!"

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! One of the highlights was the breakfast, which is an absolute must. It’s served at their sister café just down the street, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was incredibly delicious, with fresh and flavorful options to start the day right, and the service was warm and attentive. A perfect addition to an already wonderful stay!"

"Very quiet environment, located right by the center of town but still quiet inside the room. Super clean and well put together. A cute space with nice updates, where you can enjoy historic buildings, go for a great dinner, and rest."

"I loved this hotel. Warm welcome from the proprietor. Beautiful inside and out. Very new and beautiful. Small and, while just a few meters off of the Way, very tranquil. A lovely patio with a burbling patio. Lovely room—supremely comfortable bed, a bath!, great great great!
And a fabulous boccadillo.
Muchas gracias!"

"A nice and unusual hotel out in the fields. A little expensive for what it was, and rather basic. But very comfortable nonetheless."

"Our stay was ok. We arrived late after the check in time and the owner waited patiently for us. The room and bathroom was clean. The only dissapointment was at the end when we payed 30€ for a very simple breakfast for the three of us (basic coffee with plain toast - no butter nor jam) and a glass of juice from the pack). "

"Hotel Lux is very centrally located in Melide - in the Camino route. Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The only problem was that the water from the shower easily flowed out onto the floor. "

"Alojamiento en casa rural muy bonita.
Buena relación calidad-precio. Buen desayuno.
Personal amable.
Habitación y baño amplios. Lo único a señalar mejorable es la poca luz que hay en el baño y la falta de silla en la habitación.
Lo recomendaría"

"Great central stay in Santiago. Arrived atvrooms and was given instructuons on where to chevk in (Hotle Lux just around the corner) was able to leave cases until check in time. Rooms were spacious in the apartment. Bunk beds not great for any children as no edge protection but we were able to move mattress on the floor. Room was mostly clean rug dis have what looked like loose tobacco on the rug but bathroom and kitchen clean. Great to be in the centre with close takeaways and shops."
"Not much of a lobby and the room was on the smaller side but the rest was great, walkable, restaurants & shopping near, updated rooms, nice bathroom "
"Wonderful staff. Great advice on where to buy artisanal cheese and fresh bread, and where to buy a coffee. Helpful with getting our luggage to our room, and helped us plan our travel to Sarria. "
"The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM.
The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new.
Definitely recommend this Hotel."
"Beautiful building, interior and exterior. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Charming! Continental breakfast buffet - no hot food items. Staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend San Miguel!"
"It is close to the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral and has a beautiful landscape, trees and gardens .Best breakfast . I really enjoy the hotel and the city "
"The best hotel experience in Galicia! José and Alba, who take care of the lobby and the guests, are professional, efficient, and caring. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the historic downtown, where pilgrims come and go, and tourists soak up the ambiance. Make Hotel Casas Reais Boutique your home while visiting Santiago de Compostela. You will not be disappointed!"
"The check-in process could use some refinement. It is automated, but the code never came. We were able to sort it out quickly with a call though. Everything else was great. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything and close to the cathedral. The space was exactly as shown. It is a busy area, but the double windows and AC muted the noise nicely. Would definitely stay again."
"Amazing find after walking the Camino for 7 days. It’s a bit outside of town, but it’s also a quick ride to the airport, which is why I booked it. Front desk people were super friendly and helpful at checkin. Good in the bar was excellent. Even the pool area was very well done, even if it was too cold to go in. The room was huge, very nice bathroom, and tons of space.
Would stay here again 100%. "
"Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of the city. Our room was clean and beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed a beautiful lunch in the the restaurant. We look forward to returning again. "
"The staff at the Tambre are lovely! It’s a family business and they will do anything to help. Breakfast is very good value with a great range of fruit, cakes and savoury options. It’s a 15 minutes walk to the cathedral."
"Had to check in at a different property that was nearby. Once we figured all that out, the staff was super helpful and friendly and gave us tips on places to go and see while we were there. Enjoyed our room too. Cozy, comfortable and near historic sites, which we loved!"
"Stunning hotel. Staff are all warm and welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are fresh and stylish. The location is perfect for exploring Santiago de Compostela. "
"We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!"
