"This is my second visit, during the first visit, I arrived on storm season, it was very convenient to reach Hotel without even the need to open umbrella. This trip, I will need to take trains and bus running around my stops, the local bus office is also just right at first floor of this JR Hotel, foreign travelers can buy one day 2000 yen/ $8 pass. A mega supermarket is just 5 min walking distance. They have very nice in house breakfast, if your schedule is not rushing out on early morning, $12 per person comes with very impressive buffet! "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."

"In the evening they have a program inside the sauna called aufguss where the staff would play some relaxing music and fanned everybody with a towel, making you sweat a lot. That was fun and I really enjoyed it. There’s also massage chairs and manga in the relaxation room. Oh and free beers and snacks are also available free of charge. "

"Hotel is very strategically located in the heart of Miyazaki City. Many dining and shopping options are in the vicinity. Parking at the hotel is convenient. Hotel hotspring is quite good and includes a cold bath and sauna. But there is no room cleaning included. Daily room cleaning can be ordered at ¥1500 per day. We dispensed with it since they gave us new towels everyday."

"We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony "

"Review as an English foreigner. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I arrived in the evening and the staff was not there and would not respond to my messages. Thankfully, a group of older Japanese men were there and helped me get in, choose a bed and get set up for the night. They were great and led to a great Hostel culture. Comfy bed and clean. I would recommend, but make sure you check in early or I doubt the hostel owner will be of much help, unfortunately. Though I may have just been unlucky."

"5 stars for the owners kindness and hospitality. He drove us to a supermarket to buy some food, took us to Aoshima and drove us to the airport the day we left. He was super friendly offer to the photos and help us make our trip pleasant. We stayed in the trailer. It was the first time to stay in a trailer for my wife and son. They loved it and I am sure it will be a great family memory for all of us. オーナーの親切さとおもてなしに星5つです。私たちをスーパーまで車で連れて行ってくれたり、青島まで案内してくれたり、出発の日には空港まで送ってくれました。とてもフレンドリーで、写真を撮ってくれたり、旅を快適に過ごせるようにいろいろと助けてくれました。私たちはトレーラーに宿泊しました。妻と息子にとっては初めてのトレーラー体験でしたが、とても気に入って、家族みんなの素敵な思い出になったと思います。"

"Presents as very new. The ocean side view is very pleasant, which you pay more for, as opposed the road side which is pretty average. Very nice common areas and staff are great. "

"Only the staff should be more familiar with options to visit the nearby national park. But the reception is helpful with providing customers with maps. My only problem is the room price."

"Clean, spacious hotel room and toilet with big twin beds. Convenient on-site parking with family mart right at level 1 and walkable to mega don don sinking. The daifuku sweets confectionery shop opposite the hotel was a great find! Recommended."

"Everything is as expected. However, they should not Automatically charged additional 150 Yen per person, 3 of us as we did not use it or asked us if we're interested in taking the Hot Springs Facility."

"Pros: the price is quite good, the area is pretty convenient, and the staff is very friendly. Also, I really liked the onsen. Cons: I wanted to change my dates because a Typhoon was coming the same dates of my traveling and they refused, so I would not recommend this place for this reason. Also the onsen floor was very dirty which is a shame as the onsen itself is pretty nice and looks like recently renewed. Also the staff did not speak english at all, but we communicated with an app, which it worked and I got my check in fast, but if you want to have a conversation I dont think is possible but they would really try to understand and help. "
