"So many good things to say about this property. They hit everything you could want in a hotel and more (including a decent breakfast buffet).
Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!"

It was really inconvenient to be in a different location from my friend, and required that I drive back and forth from Timelkam to Lenzing multiple times. As I was only informed the day before the stay was due to start, I had no option to cancel and rebook elsewhere as nothing else was available.
In addition, the apartment was in a poor location, not of a good quality, and the kitchen crockery was incomplete.
The hotel reception was very slow to respond to communication, and only available in the mornings.
