"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by Ivana and Monica. Ivana was very kind and helpful, always ready to meet my requests! "This hotel was very nice for our stay. It was clean and very much like an apartment with a full kitchen. The staff was very kind and helpful, we also used the laundry for 5 euro a load which I found very reasonable. However, the location of this is not ideal for traveling. The town had one restaurant which is good but not ideal and google maps told us there were more, but they were all closed or didn’t exist. We knew the drive to sights would be far but 2-3hrs every day got pretty tiring so make sure you are aware of that before you book. "
"It was our first time in the area and we chose the hotel based only on the map and photos we found online. The hotel has a beautiful and quiet location in the mountains, away from any traffic. We slept with all windows wide open and woke up to the sound of a running river and singing birds. This was topped off by a wonderful German/Austrian breakfast buffet. You can walk to the cable car and spend your day on the mountain top.

We enjoyed the sumptuous room and facilities such as the hot tub and sauna while sipping on a glass of local bubbly.
The rooms were very well equipped and very comfortable, the parking is super convenient and it's perfectly situated with incredible views.
But the best part was the friendly owners and their beautiful dogs who we got chance to meet. "

The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The property is excellently presented, is surrounded by like properties( surrounded not crowded) They have a restaurant which has a great pizza and pasta menu, ( thoroughly recommended) Breakfast was much in line with the European norm, but with a pleasant surprise of eggs made to order. They make great cappuccino’s . The rooms are spacious, with a good size bathroom. A couple of little things that won’t spoil your stay, the restaurant/ bar is closed on Mondays and the bed squeaks. Nonetheless a great place to stay. "
