Food and drink options in hotel were excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner with many other restaurants in Bellagio a 5-7m walk away. The pool, outside jacuzzi, and the spa were all superb. "The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
"The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the greenway ferry terminal and two public beaches. The restaurant was excellent and great service. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms were large, excellent airconditioning"
"We went for three nights for my niece’s wedding. We were treated by Richard who gave us the history on the property while we checked in. The property is beautiful with amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed dinner there the first night and it was spectacular. Breakfast each morning was equally delicious. You feel like you are at a bed and but with so much more. We look forward to returning and enjoying the property again."
"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4, with 2 young children. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. About 25-minute walk to the Bellagio town. There was car parking included in a nearby carpark. A tasty breakfast was included (however, note that breakfast was only from 8am so if you are an early riser you may have to miss this).
There was no iron or kitchen facilities in the room, but a kettle and bar fridge were available.
There were not many restaurants nearby open after 7-8pm (would recommend getting dinner in town prior to coming back to the hotel in the evening if possible).
Overall it was a convenient and wonderful stay. "
"Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The staff was very friendly, our room was great and had a really chic old money vibe. The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS!!! There was also a pool which was great for relaxing and taking a slow day. A note for those staying, the walk up to the hotel is a pretty brutal uphill climb, so keep that in mind. Even though we broke a sweat everytime we had to get back to our hotel, we would definitely stay here again :) Plus breakfast was included and really lovely to wake up and have delicious food and friendly service! Highly recommend :)"
