"Old world charm with modern amenities like private baths and a lovely breakfast included. It was the perfect send off having coffee on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and polite. I did ask about airport transfer and was only given two pricy options, I would also have appreciated something along the lines of "...also the bus station is a less than 10 minute walk with an express bus." That is my only ding...but I get it and it's more a buyer beware comment. I was there one night and I really loved the space and Venice!"

Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind. In essence, H10 Palazzo isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our return."
