"Quick service at valet upon arrival and when checking out. The check-in counter was courteous. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel is in a fabulous location.
However, the "Destination Fee" is a way to charge you an additional $30 fee for something you do not want or need. Who needs a collapsible water bottle-no one. This is not environmentally friendly and the 2 free shuttle tickets-didn't use. The $15 credit at the restaurant next door will not buy even a breakfast. When I asked if I could apply this fee to parking - no you can not. This is crazy."
