"I can highly recommend the Spichrz Hotel having stayed for a few nights in September. The main building (note there is also an annex which I didn't enter) has been beautifully restored from the original granary of 1719. Original beams and ceilings have been used, and there are nice features like the restored winching apparatus on the top floor. The room was modern and clean. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom but there was a large (noisy) fan which helped. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant dishes were superb. The location is very convenient for all the attractions. I would definitely stay again when in Torun."

"If you are looking for a place to stay close to the old town then this property is an excellent choice. Only 5 mins or less you are in the town square and can enjoy many nice restaurants and cafes among the beautiful scenes of the city. The hotel is very clean, modern but has a rustic charm. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offers a large selection of options both hot and cold to meet anyone’s requirements. And the wellness spa was very relaxing. 5 stars in my books! "

"Lovely hotel and stayed in deluxe room. Spacious and fabulous view over the river. Reception lady was lovely and checked us in in early after we arrived early. Perfect location for old town and river area. Excellent value for money."

"Property is historic and in a great spot in the city .. bar across street can get loud at night . Tram is on the street so easy transport everywhere . Main parts of city are walking distance.. rooms have no AC But lots of windows that can be opened for fresh air . Rooms are very spacious and comfortable , sleeps 2 safely , sofa bed is good for a child "
