"Room was very basic which would be fine but it was unclean both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Writing on the walls just not looked after. Would not return here. "

"We had an awful stay here - the guesthouse is dingy, and needs an uplift.
The rooms are spacious, but the bed was absolutely awful. It had THE most uncomfortable mattress - rock hard, and the pillows were pathetic.
We had a room that was situated at the front of the guesthouse facing out onto the street and it was loud - into early hours of the morning.
The bathroom was a wet room with oddly placed items (toilet was pretty much under the shower), we had an influx of ants too which ended up...

"Very peaceful and calm place with a beautiful pool and lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Really relaxing just to stay here and swim and go to the pool, have a drink and eat the delicious food, or only a half hour walk from town if you fancy a lively time."

The owner and all the staff here were brilliant, did everything they could to assist and make sure we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back here if I returned to Kampot!"

"This property nice place in a quiet area, not too far from the city center, however, the manager when renting a scooter did not tell me I needed to fill the scooter with gas before I paid to rent it and that made me upset. I hope the manager in the future will provide more clear communication about renting a scooter to the guest at the facility. "

La salle de bain un peu sombre mais pratique. La piscine est géniale. Je regrette un peu le manque de vie dans l’hôtel qui m’a paru très désert ainsi qu’un petit déjeuner un peu simple. "

"My stay here was satisfactory, nothing special. Rooms are decent-sized and clean. Buffet breakfast is basic. Staff was helpful although few speak English. The building is 7 floors high with one stairway, no fire doors, no fire alarm, no smoke detectors and no sprinkler system. I would not want to be here during a fire.

"Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean.
We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious. "

The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. "

This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues."
