"We love the colonial style of the rooms and of the courtyard absolutely beautiful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for walking around the plaza de Armas area."
"Nice hotel in the old town. Vehicle access is a little tricky as it's a narrow, one way street, but not really a problem. Streets and sidewalks are cobble-stone and flagstone, so dragging a suitcase several blocks to or from the hotel would be annoying. Taxis and über are very cheap in Cusco, so get one two and from the door of the hotel if you have a suitcase.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Normal checkout is 10:00 a.m. Late checkout at noon is available for USD $35, which is not great. The desk are happy to look after cases for hours or days at no charge."
