"Overall the value for the room was great! Our first room had a non working ac but they gave us another room immediately. The lobby and bathrooms were incredibly warm, but didn’t really affect the stay. The check in guy was nice and the process was quick and easy. Getting to the place after leaving each time was a bit of a drag due to having to use the turnaround each time, but not a big deal. Loved the view and proximity to the

"The staff were very friendly, and it felt like a safe area. The pool was very clean as well. As for the room, it was not what I expected. I saw a previous review about roaches and unfortunately, it’s true. You are given a WiFi password however the internet does not work in your room. Most people probably stay here because it is very close to the cruise terminal if that’s what your looking for. "

The beds were comfortable, which made for a super restful night, and the room was reasonably clean, though a few areas could have used a little extra attention.
