Bonus, the safe was stuck with our passports and they came out on a Sunday afternoon to rescue us. Best communication and went above and beyond what we expected. Highly recommend.

Gianni was very nice and accommodating. Only thing was the beds were pretty firm, I’m used to sleeping in a memory foam mattress so that could be the reason why it felt firm to me. "

"Admittedly we booked this room in tbe afternoon, but it said check in was until 8 p.m. We got to the address indicated at around 6 p.m. but could not find a buzzer. Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. This included having to take and send photos of passports, and paying the local tax using an online platform. After doing that, we were then informed that the room was 500 metres away. When we got there, again there was no buzzer...
