"There is no street sign indicating WS. There was no soap or shower supplies to use. The sidewalk just outside the hotel was being demolished and under heavy construction, actively getting ripped apart as we were leaving the room. "

"Great historical building and quaint hotel! Very clean and remodeled. Location is everything and this hotel has a great view of the Rue de Paris as well as many restaurants and bakeries within 1 or 2 blocks. "

"Building that the bnb is in is very run down, no place to store luggage prior to check in/ after check out times like most hotels. Bathroom towels didn’t smell too clean. Other wise space was cute and small. Just enough to sleep and shower. "

"Perfect for a short stay. Apartment is compact but tidy. We stayed as a family - four adults. Supermarket is opposite and plenty of lovely cafes close by. Louvre is easy walkable as is Pyramides Metro stop. Very secure and a quiet area so felt safe and slept well. Easy check in - instructions are very clear. Overall great value. "

"The apartment is worn down and not as fresh as the pictures on the post represents. The apartment is dark and super hot. The room with the bunk beds had no ventilation. Our hand towels were rolled up wet. Towels were old. Would not recommend."

"We were initially moved to this property because are first booking was "invalid" due to a synchronization problem with Expedia that created a double booking. The lift was not working, and we had to carry 6 pieces of heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. Overnight we were bitten by bed bugs (I will provide photographs in another formal complaint). Our very tight schedule to visit Paris was completely disturbed by the inconveniences we experienced.We have requested for some compensation. "

"Ce logement est joli, très bien situé entre le Louvres et Les Halles, la Samaritaine, etc... La personne que j'ai eu au téléphone a été sympathique et a pu régler le problème du code d'accès. En dehors de cela, deux petites remarques : dommage qu'il y ait une cafetière Nespresso sans proposer 1 capsule pour les locataires, et les serviettes avaient une odeur de moisi.
Quand tout ceci sera réglé, ce sera un petit logement vraiment très agréable."
