We had to ring the bell for assistance. It was very far from the old town. Once in the old town, it was very hard to find a parking spot. "

"I had an overall great experience with my stay. Everyone was very nice. Wiktotia was extremely nice and helpful as I arrived very early before my checkin time and she stored my luggage while I went out in town. It ended up she was able to get my room ready and checked in a little early. Great location as well, everything was within walking distance and great food and bakeries very close. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Krakow. Highly recommend! "
