Eventually the Expedia agent help me check in at the same hotel.I can’t believe the hotel service was so poor. Unforgettable experience "

Good breakfast options (really recommend getting breakfast included in your stay), good food overall. Nice staff, good spacious rooms for really competitive price. "Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the tram. Tram is a 15 minute ride to the center of all the action. The bathroom is as amazing and the bed is so comfy. Great for families and onsite parking. We parked at an adjacent lot to save some money. Mini fridge with coffee, tea and bottled waters."

"An unusual building, for sure, tucked away in forests on a hill outside the city of Krakow. It's a peaceful place for sure, and perfect if you want to calm a fried brain with nothing but trees and the sounds of birds all around. If you want to see the city this place isn't where you want to be though."
