"We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before catching early morning flights out of Warsaw, and it never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. Rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable — exactly what you need before or after a long journey. The added bonus is the indoor pool and wellness area, which is a perfect way to relax before a flight. The hotel’s proximity to the terminal is unbeatable, just a 1min walk away....

"This hotel kicks WAY above its price level: the place looks and feels like a luxury hotel. Service is prompt and professional, the rooms are comfortable, well designed and the beds comfy, and the place has a very good restaurants that serves a VERY rich breakfast in the morning and then excellent meals for lunch and dinner. "I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"It was good, really enjoyed it, good breakfast, had an enjoyable swim one day, with a sauna, room was good size with great facilities.

I did experience the sewer odour other people mention in their reviews. Unfortunately this is a common problem with Polish plumbing which remedies with a wet towel over the shower drain.
My only suggestion - the mattress could use updating. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay! "

The room was impeccable. I had the cheapest one, and yet it was huge. The bathroom is a masterpiece, with a bathtub and even complimentary bath salts. The bed was comfy.
