"This hotel was not clean at all. The balcony room was nothing like what they described it to be. It was completely closed and it had bird poop all over the floor. The room was dirty and had mold. The bathroom was also disgusting. We had breakfast one of the days and it was so awful, food was terrible and it had an awful smell. I will say the front desk man(I believe his name was Osamn) was very nice and professional. He introduced us into multiple tours and the tour we finally chose was amazing."
