"I was looking for a hotel close to Sun City because I was visiting my Dad for a few days. I was looking for something nicer and more comfortable than the last hotel I made a mistake when booking. This is a very cute clean hotel. When you walk in it's very inviting in how it's decorated . There's a continental breakfast in the morning, they have coffee and tea available all day . There's also several spots to just sit and relax and I think there was like some sort of foosball table. I didn't really investigate but there were a couple of guys playing. They do have in and out parking and it's $18 a day. Some people may think that's a lot but considering it's right next to Westgate shopping center I understand why. Plus you can come and go as you please so I don't as happy about that. The staff was very nice. They kept everything clean. They also have a little board by the elevator that tells you what is going on in the area. I arrived on a Sunday morning so the ride from the airport was around 35 minutes. Leaving Wednesday morning back to the airport 45 minutes or so. One more thing. They do have many snacks and beverages available for purchase so that's also a plus if you don't feel like going out. Overall a very nice hotel. I definitely will recommend to my family when they visit my Dad or are in the area."

"This was by far my favorite hotel experience. I could honestly live here. I loved this hotel. Breakfast was great, beds comfy tons of comfy pillows. The suite was cozy decor felt like home. I honestly never wanted to leave. My only complaint if I had to judge would be vending and ice machine was not on the second floor. Oh and the smells in hallways were amazing. "

"We had an issue with the air conditioning but Ruben had someone come out immediately to take care of it and was very professional, nice and made our stay more enjoyable. I would stay there again "

"Our family loved staying here and we will be back! The hotel is located near shopping and dining which made it easier going out, especially with young children. The room was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. We will be staying next time we go to Phoenix. "

"We stayed there for ten days with out of town guests and it was fabulous. The pool was amazing! It was clean and just the right temperature. The hot tub was nice too. The beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. We had so much fun. "
