"Had to wait to check in because the hotel was fully booked and still turning over the rooms. Also, we booked a room with a sleeper sofa, but there was no linen in the room nor enough towels for the three people the room was booked for so I had to go down to the front desk to get what we needed. Service was fine. Nothing amazing but everyone was nice and polite "
