"The receptionist was rude. The room was not as expected, as the receptionist said they don't have any more room eventhough we have already paid. The room given is next building, not even T -Hotel.Then next day we complaint and insisted to get a better room. Then he gave us. We won't come again."

The staff are creepy & didnt wanna help & tried to argue with me.
It is a non smoking hotel - but all the rooms had ash trays & people have been smoking in there.
No fridges in rooms.
It is a 2 star hotel & it says a 3 star hotel on Expedia. It also says alot more untrue things on Expedia.
I will never stay there again."

"Staff is friendly. Its very noisy outside the hotel, I booked four nights but checked out after two, couldn’t sleep at all the secound night because of the bikes racing around the hotel in the middle of the night"

"The property is a bit old. Towels are old and torn. The lift moving up and down can be heard constantly throughout the day and night. Train line from both directions are constant, you’ll get use to it. But it certainly will wake you up. Good is the sofa, kitchen, and comfortable bed. TV Streaming and Internet is also good. There’s only two lifts and if one is broken, you’ll wait for very very long, as in nearly 30 minutes. We ended up walking down the stairs. Shower is cold, the hot water is not...

"Awful! I had to ask for clean sheets. After two days I got them.
I had no TV remote and gave up asking. Was just told the previous guest stole it. There were no bulbs in any sockets except for one . I kept asking for new bulbs and never got any.
They communicate through WhatsApp and ignore you. No reception. Nobody knew I was coming and I was made to wait an hour for my room."
