"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this....

Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."

"Hotel are all walk up rooms and no lift.
Room was very small with stains on the walls and tiny ants crawling on wall and some on bed.
Room need redecorating.
Price shown with large discount is not the true value. Price paid is same as others in same class but no misleading discounts. "

"It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area."

"I found the staff to be dishonest. Shamelessly dishonest and greedy. Once a customer pays, it's paid. Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored.
Also, and I should mention this because I still don't know what it was but if you are thinking of staying here, ask what the blinking red light...
