Email sent by vendor gave totally inaccurate instructions on how to gain entry to property (was for a different location it seemed with hindsight). A text had been sent with the correct information, later which I didn't pick-up initially. Given that we arrived in the dark in torrential rain this was more than usually inconvenient. Fortunately other guests helped us gain access and...
