"All of the staff at Palazzo Virgilio were amazing. They were warm, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was also a delicious breakfast served every morning. I am a huge fan of pastries and they did not disappoint.

"Last night in Brindisi, so chose this hotel which was in an amazing location with a great view. The hotel is clean, chic and absolutely lovely. The only negative thing about my stay was the softness of the pillows, as a big boy my head was not supported well enough and woke with a stiff neck... but I'm happy. "The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. I asked for a second pillow and promptly got it. My room overlooked the ferry terminal across the street....
