Super clean rooms. Staff very friendly. We checked in at 11:00 pm and someone was waiting for us. Breakfast was fine. No iron in the rooms not even available if you ask for. In general good experience.

One noght Stand is enough

It's a strategically located motel which is fine for max a couple of nights. Unfortunately, the rooms are AC'd with stand-up portable AC units in the room and of course will be loud during the hot summer nights. To have quiet, the unit was turned of and we slept with the window open. The condition of rooms and motel all functional but need some "luv" to be spruced up.

Did not stay there as it was nowhere near Rimouski or Rivière du Loup… I was in my way home to Montreal and in order to get there it’s an extra 3.5 hours or pay an extra to get on the boat to get to the other (which was closed by the time we finally arrived in Rinouski).

Pro.. the room was large and very clean. The staff was excellent. Con.. soundproofing from the room directly above us was non existent. It sounded like work boots pacing back and forth. The mattresses were due to be replaced. The air conditioner wasn’t attached to the outside vent. I connected it no problem. Still a gem but just needs a little polish.

The receptionist was awesome. She initially gave us a 2nd floor room but unfortunately I have trouble with stairs. She made arrangements for us to have another room on the ground floor and from what I feel it was an up grade but she did not charge us for it. She was very friendly and helpful even though we cannot speak French. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay again. David Morris
