Lovely and relaxing stay in quiet and safe area. Away from crowds but close enough to sites. Small selection of adequate supermarket, pizza takeaway and trattoria nearby for convenience. Claudia is very responsive host.

Such a sweet place in a quiet part of Florence. Most comfortable bed in three weeks of traveling in Italy. Great shower. Easy to walk to everything. Very clean and well taken care of. The owner was kind and accessible. Will definitely try to stay here again next time I am in Florence.

Drom Florence was a dream come true! Tucked away on the quieter south side of Florence, it's a beatifully decorated B&B with every amenity you could need. Italian breakfast of coffee & croissants each day, immaculately clean room, large comfortable bed, and a bright cozy space that really helps you feel like you're on holiday. Claudia was a very responsive and accomodating host and she made us feel so welcome in Italy! Highly recommend this gem of a stay.

Located in a quiet area but relatively close to the main tourist areas and easily walkable. Breakfast was nice and they bring it to your room. Communication with the host was easy, done through whatsapp. Staff were all very kind. The room was large and had a nice size washroom. Air conditioning worked well, we had comfortable sleep. The only downside was there was construction going on during the time we stayed so we couldnt use the outside seating and it got a bit noisy at times during the morning. Overall I would stay here again.

This "home away from home" exceeded our expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, answering all our questions and even welcoming us with a basket of local treats. There were extra amenities like a washing machine, heated towel rack, and a moka pot with freshly ground coffee. It was away from the dense tourist area, but easily walkable to many shops and sites.

Very cosy room only 10 min. to Ponte Vecchio

Great place to stay in Florence. Clean spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Located in the area of Florence across the river called "Oltrarno"; only 10 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio but still located in an historical area with restaurants and nice squares (Santo Spirito around the corner). The rooms was located on the ground floor with direct access to the patio.

My husband and I recently stayed here and LOVED it! Claudia, the host, was amazing. We had an urgent situation where I needed medical assistance and she drove us to the hospital in her car and stayed there with us for hours. She is beyond helpful, selfless, and truly loves her guests! The room was perfect, spacious, and very clean. Antonio was great and also super helpful. If we ever go back to Florence we will definitely stay here again! Best B&B ever!

Wonderful hotel!

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in a very calm part of Firenze but still in the centre. The hotel is located behind a locked gate and once behind it the appartments are in a small garden and it's very peaceful. The service is fantastic, the owner happily helped us with everything we needed help with. Breakfast is so nice and will be served in the garden in nice weather or in the room if the weather is not great or if you prefer it in the room. There are restaurants close to the hotel. The room is big and more like a private house than a room. We loved this hotel!!

10000/100! My partner and I stayed here for a week to celebrate his birthday, and it was one of the funnest abroad trips we’ve done so far! Quiet, yet very convenient area; close to all the key areas of Florence were walkable (15 min-ish from Duomo). Our host was also the best! She was very communicative and attentive to our needs, especially when it came to my breakfast preferences. Her colleague, Antonio, also helped maintain the room cleaned up when we were out enjoying the town. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Highly recommended a stay here

Lovely stay just a short walk (15 - 20 mins) away from all the main attractions and centre of Florence. Claudia was an excellent host and met us there at a time to suit us. We were able to check in early but also had the option to leave our luggage and collect the keys if the room wasn’t ready then. Beautiful apartment with fantastic facilities. The apartment had a shared kitchenette area with complementary tea and coffee as well as a reasonably priced and well stocked mini bar with water and a range of soft / alcohol drinks.

The room was clean and cosy with plenty of storage and good facilities. Location is perfect. Far enough away from the busy centre to be much quieter but easily walkable to the tourist spots. Drom is right on the doorstep of trendy Oltrarno, which was our favourite area to eat and drink as has a much more chilled out vibe than the main tourist areas. Claudia is a great host. We had a warm, friendly welcome when we arrived to check in. She even offered an additional towel / sheet change to suit the length of our stay. We tried some of Claudia's restaurant recommendations which were excellent. We would definitely stay here again

The man who took care of our room, Antonio, was great, so helpful and accommodating. He brought us coffee on our first morning which was wonderful. The proprietor was warm and responsive. Our room was small, great for a short stay. Small for our six nights. The shower is fabulous! There was a living area between two guest rooms but we were not able to use it as extra living space. We had to go out for every meal and coffee except the first AM. The location is perfect! Away from the big crowds in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay in one of the apartments if we returned.
