Good place to stay a night, not as quite as I would like but guess it was acceptable due to whiskey festival, plenty of happy guest arriving late including us. Had issue with hot water, other than that it was a good stay.

Overall this was a budget friendly place with great service by the staff. The beds was firm. Great remote control AC. The tile floors were very clean. I great local food stand next door. You can walk the beach across the street and a nice beach access about a mile sown the road.

I appreciated the staff. They were courteous and professional. Guest house was close to local restaurants and other conveniences. Easy to get to by car. Room was spacious but limited in power receptacles, low light conditions, had mirror on closet doors in the bathroom but not above the wash basin (inconvenient for shaving). Room was not cleaned on a daily basis and towel and linen exchanges only on request. No food or drinks other than complimentary water bottles.

It’s a basic room without a window. Nightstands had dust and human hair on them. The shower had an old used piece of bar soap laying on the shower ledge. Only received two towels, no wash cloth or hand towels. Just basic as basic no thrills could be of a room. But very polite staff.

Avoid at all costs. Pay triple if you have to. The front desk staff was gracious and helpful when I asked for help. The air conditioning was actually cold. Those were the only positives. Our bedsheets had not been changed since the last guests. There was sand and pubic hair in our bed. There were long hairs and pubic hairs throughout the bathroom, including on the toilet seat. We moved the couch to better navigate the room and they had never swept or mopped underneath it. I wore sandals in the shower. No hand towels, no washcloths, no convenient outlets, no windows, no hairdryers. No soundproofing.

We frequently attend cycling events in the area and they are super understanding of cyclists needs, while been far/close enough to most of the area races. Rooms have what you need for a pre-race rest, and with enough space for those jittery last minute bike checks.
