Good hotel, small but practical rooms

Clean and comfy, rooms are small but practical. Some issue with noise on one night, music didn't stop unilt midnight. Friendly staff. Location is good, a 10 minute walk to the main train station. Luggage storage not included and seems expensive 80 DKK for the day.

It was really nice! Excellent location! Next to the central train station of Copenhagen! Just next to Tivoli gardens!! Within walking distance to the city centre and almost everywhere! Bus 5c stop just in front the hotel main entrance connecting the guest with city centre. Nice breakfast at the roof of the hotel with excellent view to the canal

All was good. Small room but clean and comfortable. It's acceptable for the price. What brings down the score slightly is that you have to pay to leave your bags a few hours after checking out which I find a bit cheeky.

Loved our stay. My friends and I got a single room each. We chose the budget friendly ground floor and although it could get a bit noisy it was generally really quiet when we went to bed so slept fine. One room wasn't super clean but they arranged a clean as soon as my friend alerted them to it. The bed was soooo comfy. There was spare linen and towels under the bed. Great little spot for breakfast with great views and a nice continental buffet. Could get busy at peaks times but always seat

The hotel was perfectly located for me and the other plans I had in the city, with a bus stop nearby and a pleasant walk to the central parts. The keyless app-based entry took a little getting used to initially but it worked a treat. The room was comfortable and clean, and I'd happily stay here again as it was great value for money.

Value for money was ok I guess but for a hotel to only provide one pillow and a single duvet cover for a couple in a queen size bed is really quite embarrassing. Was told there was extra pillows and duvets in the drawer underneath the bed. This was false there was a small cushion and no duvet. Overall a very poor stay and wouldn’t recommend if you are travelling with someone, would be suitable if you are solo travelling.

Good location but…..

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable but aircon did not cool the room at all and there was loud disco noise late on 2/3 nights. Between the noise and the hot room very poor sleep was had. No kettles in the rooms so no way to make a hot drink in the room. Paper cups for hot water from the downstairs bar - which cost 10DKK per cup. No fridge provided.

I won't come back

I was expecting better service during my stay, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. There is no minibar in the room, so I wasn’t able to keep any drinks cold. I was told I could not use or leave items in the reception’s fridge either. Whenever I needed assistance or information, the service was not friendly or helpful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the mattress kept slipping. Additionally, no floor towel was provided, even though the shower box caused water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Despite the price and location, I would not recommend this hotel. It was a frustrating experience.

Limpeza fica a desejar no corredor dos quartos tinha um monte de cabelo e durante minha estada nao retiraram o sujo.Quarto minimo com duas cadeiras desnecessárias pedimos para retirar negaram.pq nao tinham depósito!Quarto em que 3 lados da cama encostavam.nas paredes ou seja um tinha que passar por cima do outro para ir ao banheiro. Adorei o hotel, self check in, self check out, tudo pelo app, nem precisei de cartão pro quarto, conseguia abrir pelo celular. Ótima localização, perto da estação, perto do centro, na mesma quadra de um hostel que tem várias atividades e bebida mais barata. Quarto muito bom, cama era ótima. Estava tudo limpo. Único “problema” é que os elevadores não davam conta pra tanta gente às 10h, tinha que esperar umas 3x o elevador passar até conseguir entrar em um, mas nada de mais.
