Location was so central for Kobe. Love the library cafe offering coffee and tea and little snacks. The breakfast has good selection of Japanese food and also salads, yogurt, fruits and pastries etc. The staffs were always so helpful and we find our hotel room very comfortable. We don’t have any problem with the bed or pillow, maybe it’s a personal preference thing.

It was okay. I find it funny it’s named the Comfort Hotel, when the pillows and bed are quite hard and uncomfortable. However, after travelling for 20hrs, it was a very convenient, short walk from Sannomiya Station, and I was only there for a quick sleep.

Close to Sannomiya Station. Sushi train next door, other cheap restaurants (udon, raamen, beef bowl etc) very close by. 30 second walk to convenience store. Lovely clean rooms! Great views from 13th floor corner room - thank you for this great place to relax and enjoy Kobe! Helpful staff. Nice cafe area - free drinks and snacks all afternoon.
