This was an excellent hotel within easy walking distance to most of Hiroshima’s major attractions. The rooms were very spacious and the free amenities such as coffee/tea service, happy hour and late evening rice bowls were great surprises. Conveniently situated in the commercial centre with plenty of places to eat nearby. It is about 30 minutes walk or 10-15 by frequent trams from the station and half that to the peace park/museums. Breakfast is good and plentiful with many local specialities and coffee and soft drinks with snacks available free through the day and wine and nibbles and later on fish soup soup in the evening. There's a nice communal bath and very reasonably priced coin wash facilities (though only 2 slow machines with high demand). Very helpful staff - and rooms are well equipped and a decent size for Japan.

Was happy to be able to park next door for the same price as the hotel parking, which was full when I arrived a little after 5 p.m. I liked the automatic lighting when I walked into the hallway area and the automatic flushing toilet.

The quality and food choices of the breakfast buffet are not as good as other hotels. It took us so long to wait in line for food which is not so attractive anyway. However, the hotel lets their guests to stay at the cafe with free drinks the entire day. In addition, they serve free late night snack free. There is not enough laundry machines in the hotel but there is 24hr laundromat nearby.

The rooms are very spacious according to Japanese standards. They offer a lot of free food/drinks during the day - smoothie and juices in the morning, breakfast, snacks, tea, wine and cocktails and supper. They have communal bath as well in addition to private bathrooms.

The hotel itself is not bad, but there really wasn't too many places to eat. It's close to the main shopping area though, so that helps. I did appreciate the happy hour session in the late afternoon.

Hotel was close to major things I wanted to see in Hiroshima. Rooms were clean and standard Japanese sized. Unique part is the lobby lounge always had something to offer throughout the day like juice, coffee, cookies, and evening ochazuke. Also got two complimentary sparkling wines for booking with Expedia so that was nice!
