THE place to be in Madrid, especially on the roof top, for the mood, the sunset and, more geneally speaking, for the view! Located close to many "must see" places, this hotel and all the staff know how to make the guests comfortable. Thanks a lot for the time we've spent at the RIU Plaza!

The hotel is in a great location (very central) with spacious rooms and good breakfast! However, rooms are older, corridors look dated with slow lift service, room doesn't come with too many amenities and for the price, you could probably find better value. Access to the roof is great, but it can be so crowded with other tourists not staying at the hotel as well.
