The accomodation contacted us on the morning of our arrival to confirm our ETA. Our room was ready early and we could get into our room before 2pm which was amazing - great service! Great location for the AUT millennium. The room was quiet l, clean and comfy with great facilities. We’ll definitely be back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay for my daughter and I while we were visiting Auckland for the Division 2 swim meet last weekend. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It could use a bit more in the kitchen to prepare meals with (pans, strainer, measuring cups and spoons, etc). While the room was showing it's age a bit (cracked kitchen tiles and counter stains) we found our suite to be very clean. The staff that we interacted with before and during our stay were kind and helpful.

Great size 2 bedroom suite, 2 bathrooms a bonus. California King bed in main bedroom. Pillows were feather so went flat when you lay on them but otherwise good property.

Loved it. The room was excellent with plenty of space, BUT the bathroom was in a poor state of repair.
The water tap over the hand basin was hanging from the bench! Towel rail missing with bolts still in wall, toilet roll holder hanging down, and clothes hook on door missing half of it.
Shower was excellent, kitchen fully appointed, bed comfortable and clean, and even a washing machine supplied!
We would definitely stay there again, if bathroom was repaired.

Still under renovation, a former emergency housing, its had to have work fone on it, and is still work in progress. Staff very friendly, house cleaning very good. My last night there i was upgraded as the power points decided not to work. Not a big deal, but noticed out on the deck of the second unit, remnance of broken glass ended up in my foot and beer bottles lying on the balcony. I gave it 3 stars because it has the potential to be better after work is complete.

We stayed at Leroy Suites during very stressful times and felt safe and very well looked after by the lovely staff. When things come back to normal we are very hopeful that we will get the opportunity to stay there again and would recommend the hotel to other travellers.
We wish the Management and staff all the very best at this difficult time.

The hotel is under renovation and stuff inside the room gets quote messy. We got a wrong type of room and some of the equipment was not working. We requested and transfered to another room the next night and some of the equipment doesn't work still. The last day of the stay there was a fire alarm went off and all of the guests including us need to be evacuated. The reception always has no people attend. Given this amount it is not worth it. Will never stay in again.
