Wish I had more to say about our stay

We didn’t end up staying here so this review is really just representative of our initial impressions. The property looked a little run down and not well maintained, the outdoor area in the courtyard was very cobwebby, for example, and when we keyed into our room it had flooded so we immediately told the manager and they sprang into action to address. It seemed that a pipe had burst, so the entire unit was affected. They offered us another room that would fit our group but it didn’t have a private bath so we found another place to stay for the night and was able to get a partial refund, so they did try their best to provide a solution. We felt really bad that they had that issue, the manager looked like she was about to cry. I can’t speak to the other features and amenities of the property.

Worst Ever

Worst ever. No chef, no breakfast, manager had left, owner was moving to spain, felt every spring in the bed, felt every truck go past, shower leaked all over the floor and i probably could go on, tried to book out early, no staff and reception all locked up. Left key in post box and left. Would not recommend

My family and I had a wonderful stay! A lot nicer than Dufftown. Hotel has clean and the staff were excellent! We had dinner the night we arrived and breakfast the next morning, both were delicious! Will definitely be back and stay again but for longer time. Just a quaint little Scottish town to get loss in
