Terrible, customer service, room had an damp urine smell and when asked to swap was made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than politely offering another room the only option was to pay an additional HKD1600 and would only accept cash. Avoid this hotel ! Location was good that was it. Not the standard I expected considering it was 18night stay!

Overall hotel service was very good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Room and washroom was small but yet comfortable. Easily accessible by public transport with a couple of MTR stations close by. Very convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to the subway station and all transportations are very close by. There are a lot of small restaurants and cafe close by.👍👍
