First impressions are a very nice hotel, both inside and out, but then comes the disappointment.
The vast majority of the staff are very friendly and accomodating, but there was a lady at the front desk that was very unfriendly and not helpful. I arrived a couple of hours early and was told an early check-in wasn't possible, maybe 15 mins before the 15:00 check-in time, but that wasn't guarenteed!
It turns out the was only 30% full, so why wasn't an early check-in possible?!
For a 4 star hotel I would have at least expected the hotel restaurant to have an english menu, especially as with AI it really wouldn't complicated or hard to do. The service, for a nearly empty restaurant was incredibly poor (or maybe my standards/expectations were to high).
It's very unfortunate but I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it, as there are cheaper options in the area.
