The location was very bad, but it would have been okay IF the hotel service was good.
The room I stayed was terrible. It was on the second floor of separate building, at the end of a long corridor. on the corridor, before reaching to my room, there were things disorderly left alone, things like; a bicycle(? I was not sure what it was because it was covered, but most likely a bicycle or a mortercycle), cabinet, cleaning gadgets such as vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop and so on. should this be a room to be offered to a guest? I did not feel at all welcomed. these things on the corridor makes the hotel looked like an unmaintained, sloppy, cheap apartment.
Plus a fridge in my room was broken. I called the reception and a female receptionist told me that a repairman will come at 22:00pm (in 30 minutes from that time). But no one came after 22:00pm was passed. I was expecting this because from the beginning the receptionist was distracted by bits and pieces at the time of my check-in. so I called her again. It seems she was totally forgotten about it, but she told me quickly that he will come in a minute. At my first call I made it very clear that the problem was with the fridge, but she said ''Wasn't it a television that is broken, right?" so yes, as you can see, she was not at all interested in the need of her guest.
The repairman came but the fridge was not fixed, He had to bring another fridge. Plus the WIFI did not work at all. It was one of the Worst stay ever.
