My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nya Hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, creating a cozy family atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly caring; when my daughter severely sunburned her hand, they promptly brought us medication. Even during rain, they kindly provided umbrellas at guests’ doors.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. However, I found the note from the cleaning staff requesting a tip a bit unnecessary.

The whole experience was exceptional. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. A relaxed vibe to the hotel which perfectly matched the area.
Clean, well maintained and comfortable throughout.
Breakfast was fresh and made to order. It was delicious!
We saw so much wildlife around the grounds of the hotel, monkeys, birds, reptiles. The beach is a short walk away and felt a safe place to visit and was clean.
I would definitely stay again.

Montezuma is a very small town. Great for relaxing but not a lot more to do than that. NYA hotel and staff are great. Facility is very nice and just outside of the downtown area.

We really enjoyed the service and food in the restaurant. It's that feeling when food is prepared with love. It was very tasty and clean! While we were waiting for our main courses, they brought us crispy bread with cheese spreads, and for dessert, we got to try fruit ice cream, courtesy of the restaurant. The waiters were very friendly, especially Artur. He makes delicious non-alcoholic cocktails and will recommend one to suit your taste! He's a very welcoming guy. The hotel is budget-friendly, but very clean, and the sheets and towels smell nice and fresh.
