We arrived early and they allowed an early check-in. Room was comfortable and included a small coffee bar and refrigerator. Breakfast was included each morning with many offerings and on our day of checkout, they provided us a Breakfast bag to go.

The first meeting was with a very nice person on the phone when I told the hotel we would arrive after 18:00. When we arrived we had to wait approx 30-45 minutes inn line for checking in. There had been a soccer match the same day and many supporters checked in at the same time as us and there was only one who was checking in the guests, even though the could, and should, have been at least two. The room was nice but no air condition and, since you can´t open windows, the room was a bit too warm.

A cama é macia demais. O box do banheiro é sem cortina ou vidro, molhando todo o banheiro quando se toma banho. Blackout não é total e isso incomoda principalmente no verão. Somente canais nacionais na TV, sem possibilidade de assistir algo se não fala a língua local. O café da manhã é excelente. O staff é muito gentil. O hotel está situado num local bem silencioso. O cofre do meu quarto estava quebrado. Ótimo wi-fi e com ótima velocidade. Ouve-se o som do encanamento de outros quartos (descarga da privada). Tentei usar o telefone do hotel, mas este não funcionava. O atendente teve que me emprestar seu celular. Falta iluminação no quarto: não dá para ler ou ver direito durante à noite. Alguns pratos e talheres estavam sujos no café da manhã. Os elevadores não muito inteligentes, pois muitas vezes ficavam parados e não chegavam ao andar. É um pouco longe do metrô e de supermercado. O quarto não tem frigobar. Há chá ou café de cortesia. O criado-mudo é tão pequeno que tive de usar a cadeira em substituição.
