Staff were super friendly and helpful, easy to check in, parking was a breeze with paid parking at the hotel, 20 mins walking to honesuckle and theatre etc, new, clean, great selection buffet breakfast, room was clean, new facilities, loved that you got two pillows, one firm and one soft to choose from, mattress was nice and not warn out and lumpy, black out blinds. Lately every hotel I have stayed in has had noisy air conditioners, this one did not, so slept lovely! Definitely coming back.

Room is good though quirk of the shower door also being the bathroom door takes a bit of getting used to. Location is excellent if needing access to train or light rail as it is not far to walk from Newcastle Interchange. Marketown shops are nearby as well. Not sure who's fault it is but when the listing says free parking, apparently this is across the street after 5pm weekdays or after 12pm Saturday (ie. outside metered parking times). Otherwise it is $20 per day for secure parking on premises.

This property was wonderful…. Friendly staff who provided an easy check in process. Easy car parking process too. Close to trams, restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast/ dining/ bar area. Buffet breakfast was a little basic compared to many other hotels. 24 hour coffee service at reception. Comfortable beds and nice shower with great water pressure. Fantastic block out light blinds.
