The hotel is in a good, quiet, and safe location. The staff are relatively friendly. The cleanliness is 8 out of 10. The hotel does not have shampoo, shower gel or lotion, which they could implement. The hotel was very noisy; we could hear everything from our room. But one of the most annoying things was that the housekeeper made a lot of noise starting at 9 am. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again because of the noise.

Centrally located, very nice modern place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Has a restaurant in the hotel with good food. My breakfast was included. I found all the food I like in the morning, like cereals, fruit, grains. The best hotel I have stayed in Santiago.

Great for a short stay. Room comes with a kettle and you can get free filtered water from lobby that doesn’t have any weird taste. Hotel is a good walking distance to the big mall and to the entrance of the big park where you can hike up to San Cristobal. I arrived early and was able yo store my luggage and freshen up using the lobby bathroom and then got 2 hr early check in. Actual room was quite small but bed is comfy, no carpet, clean. I also appreciated the fact that you can control temperature in the room. Toilet occasionally had a bit of a sewage smell but it goes away quickly. Overall very good value and would highly recommend for short stays.

Very convenient location and nice staff. I would have prefer to have a room upgrade as I have had in other hotels. Also, during my 10 day stay I did not have a sheet on the bed. I only had a duvet. I asked for it and never get it. Not sure if this is costumary in Chile but I found it weird.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Was able to help us get an early check-in as well as we locked our luggage and they helped us cut the lock. However, they forgot about us and made us sit for an hour when they said they were looking to see if they could get us an early check-in and really just forgot about us. The room itself though was very tiny and ours had a moldy, sewer smell that came from the bathroom into our entire room. There were no amenities given as part of your stay. The hallways are super dark.

Overall would not stay here again. Decent hotel but definitely not 4 star as listed. Pros - Oxxo convenience store next door and another small shop across street for snacks and drinks - Good coffee shops surrounding area and easy access for Uber pick ups and dropoffs - Daily housekeeping - Good shower water pressure - Tour services available through ChileTour which we utilized for Valparaiso/Vina Del Mar tour. Reasonable rate of around $38 USD per person with pick up and drop off at hotel. This company appeared to be in other hotels as well based on people that joined our tour. Cons - Early check in was offered but there was a fee, which is understandable. However, we ended up paying about 90% of our nightly rate we paid through Expedia which we thought was unreasonable and were asked to pay in USD (local currency was not offered but we failed to ask too, could be cheaper so recommend asking). We checked in about 4 hours before regular check in which in other places we have even done it for free or much earlier than that. - This is listed as a 4 star hotel but felt more like a decent 2-3 star hotel. Although clean, towels were rough and old. Basic amenities were not offered in bathroom nor bottled water. This is also listed as a VIP hotel in Expedia but no VIP benefits were offered or provided. - Not all personnel at hotel were welcoming and friendly.

Ok location, clean, nice staff

Hotel was clean & quiet, staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. But we arrived in the am from an overnight flight. We understand a room might not be ready. But when asked they said they had a room available but wanted $130 to occupy early. I negotiated it down to $40. If the room was available, why not let a guest in? This was lousy PR. We’re back in Santiago as I write this, at a different hotel and have 3 more stays booked here instead.
