The checkin is self service so be sure to check your email for how to get into the building as there is no receptionist. It was very easy to do though. We got to our room and it was clean and smelled very fresh. After spending the night we left and ran into the owner in the hallway. He was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. The Black Beach Guesthouse is a great choice. I would recommend anyone stay while in Iceland.

Incredible place. For the price, the room I got was very clean, modern and nice. This place was actually 45-50 minutes out of the way of my plans, but after staying here I will go out of my way to stay here again if the prices remain the same. Cheers
