It is a good option to stay

The hotel is good, definitively I would come back; however, I have some comments: the reservation offered Queen bed for two adults and one kid, but it seems more like a Full size with a pad over it smaller than the mattress box, it was confortable thou; at breakfast the hostess said the rooms did not include it, even when the reservation clearly said it was, at the end they respected what the reservation said, but it was a very annoying moment that made us feel like begging for food; finally, there is no self-parking, only valet, and we do not like that.

I didn't even get to stay there. The proximity to the airport was further than I had originally thought when booking. I contacted them in hopes of a partial refund but It seemed as if they spoke no English, didn't try to understand at all or translate and didn't address my issue

The toilet was yellow after a few hours start smelling and brown water come out .I saw a roach the curtains didnt work , the breakfast area was small so they makes hurry up. not variety in the breakfast buffet . The bread was hard sometimes they didnt have bowls for the breakfast . Only some of the staff were polite and not rude. Its located cross street of a bar that has a loud music from 9 pm to 2 am from from wed thru sat.

Para dormir y ya.

Es hotel para dormir y ya. La cama no es mala, pero tampoco es que sea confortable. Las almohadas sí son muy austeras. La regadera es lo mínimo necesario. En las amenidades no se tiene crema humectante. El papel higiénico peca de básico, pero para la tarifa, se entiende. El televisor es también acorde a la tarifa, mínimo.
