I loved that its a modern hotel with modern super clean bathrooms which is a deal breaker for me especially in Italy, in a great area, walking 10-15 mins to most historic attractions. The hotel was ok, the service in the restaurant was awful; there was a miscommunication in the payment of the invoice, which resulted in an aggressive call around midnight, when we were already asleep. My personal integrity has never been that challenged
