Our family had another wonderful stay at Alila! This was our third visit, and it continued to exceed our expectations. The staff is welcoming, professional, and provides outstanding service. Could not be more different than Bali property. 3 seperate lifts to get to your room - every time!!!! Beyond annoying. Had to move room after first night due to power tripping g out twice. Botanic Restaurant for Breakfast not much choice and average. Had dinner at Entiere one night and quite good - very tasty but rushed through as told that Kitchen shutting at 9pm Staff were good and accommodated request for late check out All in all will not stay there again
