We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Skaftafell! The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfect after a long day of exploring the south coast. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing night. The location is also ideal for visiting nearby glaciers and waterfalls, and the views are stunning. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area!

Awesome little cottages that were very cozy and comfortable. The property is right off the ring road but tucked in a farm with a supremely friendly dog and cliffs and a river right there. The breakfast is absolutely worth it and a lovely way to start the day.

An absolutely wonderful place surrounded by beautiful nature. There was a stunning view from the room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and had all the essentials. Breakfast was good. During our stay, we were visited by the property’s dog, who was friendly and great company.
